Thought for the day

Someone at work introduced the concept of "Gorilla Dust" the other day. You must consider a gorilla and all the dust that is kicked up around it as it moves. In a natural habitat the gorilla can not be viewed easily for all of the dust that surrounds him.

It is like that also with people who create a stir so as to mask inadequacies, half-baked ideas, and shoddy work. These folks create a diversion or try to focus your attention on other things in an attempt to save face. It might possibly work for awhile until you come to understand the person and realize that they are masking poor behavior or short-comings behind their "gorilla dust."

Gorilla dust only works for a short time. Eventually the air will clear and the individual must leave their natural habitat and they are seen for who they are.
Think about it.
